Refund & Cancellation Policy –
1. Booking advance to be forfeited after 1 week from the date of booking in case booking is cancelled. If booking is cancelled within 7 days then the booking amount shall be refunded back within 30 days from the booking date.
2. Refund of security deposit- Security deposit shall be refunded as per evaluation of any damages made to the property and its assets and after recovery of any balance dues accruing to the resident within 30 days of refund request. The refund request can be made post completion of the contract and check out from the premises by sending an email to sales@clanbridge.com.
3. Cancellation of tenancy- in case of cancellation of tenancy contract, advance paid for the balance term shall stand forfeited and any balance pending shall not be refunded.
